You might be in perimenopause and wondering what signs to look out for next and just feeling a bit overwhelmed by it all. Which is why I'm here to support you through the journey!

Yoga and breathing are really the balm of coping with stress and help us so much, whatever your needs I can weave in my 14 yearts of teaching to help you:
