Nourish to Flourish A Community for Women from Peri to Post Menopause!

Nourish to Flourish 108 is a community for women who are perimenopausal (or think they are) to post menopausal who are going through this transition! 

We are here to help and support you with tips on yoga, breathing, selfcare, womb activation, Ayurveda and so much more.


Who are we...I am Kate a menopause wellbeing practioner, menopause yoga teacher and hormone yoga therapy teacher. I felt very lost and alone when I started this journey so made it my mission to learn more and help other women with some of the tools I have learned.


I am Naomi of Whitesagehealing, a Kundadance®️ and Kundalini Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic massage therapist and soon to be post-partum doula, a Womb Awakening Facilitator and Spirit Painter. I am passionate about sharing all that I have learned on my life journey to empower women to live joy-filled lives.


Nourish to Flourish 108's mission is to empower women with the tools that we use every day and share some of these ancient practices with love and grace and some laughs too. We want you to see that this transition can be positive and if we connect and support each other we can really create magic. We run three 21 day programs per year (next one spring starts March 25th ends 22md April) We are planning a June weekend retreat too!


Women's Circles are a big part of Nourish to Flourish we run FREE monthly moon circles and they are included weekly on our 21 day program they are a key component!

Nourish to Flourish the spring program we delve deeper into cleansing and are including a pre recorded menopause course and Ayurveda course too! ...

Embark on this 21 day journey to help you deal with symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Enjoy daily live yoga and kundadance classes, attend classes 6 days a week, learn Ayurvedic cleansing principles and feel supported and nourished.
