Yoga Course for Complete Beginners

Maybe one of your new years resolutions is to start yoga, but you feel nervous about attending a class when they are not sure of the basics. Maybe you feel you are not flexible, are worried you will not be able to keep up or feel lost. This course will start at the very beginning and go very slowly so that you feel confident. We will cover what is yoga and the many benefits. Yoga breathing you will be learning simple techniques to help you calm and manage stress. You will learn beginners yoga poses and the benefits of these and we will use the support of cushions to help you feel comfortable you will learn easy meditation techniques too! At the end of this course you will feel confident to practise yoga both at home and in a class! The sessions will be held both in person in L'Elliana and also live online on zoom There will be lots of time for you to ask questions and for us to repeat if needed we will go slow! You will get a pdf guide for the course and all the sessions will be recorded and sent to you so that you can refer back to them and maybe practise what we cover (if you have time) The course will start on Thursday 16th January and run weekly for 4 weeks 60 minutes sessions 10.30 CET (9.30 GMT) All you need for this course is a willingness to learn and be open to the many health benefits of this wonderful practise.
