Service Description

Sunday chill, this class is a mix of yin and restorative yoga that is designed for the end of the day to help you unwind and relax. We start with yoga breathing [pranayama] then share some gentle stretches to release. We come into some long hold yin and restorative poses. The class will end with a long yoga Nidra to send you into a lovely state of yoga bliss and prepare you for sleep. Who is the class for: This is a general level class for everyone. It is a very gentle practice that is ideal for women in need of some nourishing yoga to help them through the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause. It’s ideal if you are exhausted and or stressed as we aim to completely relax the nervous system. What you will need : You will need props ideally yoga blocks and a bolster but if you don't have these a selection of cushions and towels to roll up and books will do. You will also need an eye pillow or small towel and if you have any relaxing essential oils please bring. It’s lovely to get your room set up so it’s calming before you start - you can even do this practise on your bed! What to do before you come: Please fill out the yoga health questionnaire if it’s your first online class so that we are aware of any pre-existing conditions before you join the class.

Cancellation Policy

All live classes must be booked by 8pm the day prior. We need at least three people to book into a live online class by 8pm the day prior, for it to go ahead. If there are not enough people booked into the class by 8pm and it is cancelled you will be notified by 9pm and a class link of a similar style will be sent to you by email, we apologise for this in advance but it is a condition of booking.
